About Us

Lonestar Landworks & Demolition is a locally owned and operated site work company based in Kilgore, TX. We run a Kubota SVL97-2 enclosed tracked skid steer — one of the most capable machines in its class — and we own it outright. No rental markups, ever.

We serve residential customers, mobile home dealers, real estate investors, GCs, oilfield contractors, and commercial properties across East Texas. No surprise charges. No scope creep.

We're also partnered with trusted local tradesmen for septic, plumbing, electrical, tree services, and asphalt — so if your project needs more than dirt work, we can coordinate the whole thing. One point of contact, start to finish.

Always free. The only exception is jobs more than 45 minutes from Kilgore — in that case we charge a $50–$75 travel fee to cover drive time and diesel. If you hire us, that fee gets credited straight toward your total.
Most pads are done in half a day to a full day. East Texas red clay compacts well, and our operator has years of experience moving efficiently on site. Larger or more complex pads may take longer — we'll tell you upfront.
Around $1,000. Smaller jobs can sometimes be paired with other work in your area on the same day — reach out and we'll see what we can work out.
Only when material costs exceed $3,000 — in that case we require 50% upfront before we mobilize. Everything is spelled out clearly in your written bid before any work begins. No surprises.
